Fujifilm's new EXR sensor in the F200 is capable of some fantastic results for what is, still, a pocketable, small-sensor camera. Its huge advantage over all others in its class is that the Fuji has a larger sensor, capable of superb clarity, wide dynamic range, and notably even better low-light performance than its class-leading predecessors such as the F30 and F100fd - both great cameras in their day. Fujifilm digitals have another particular advantage - amazing colour rendition that again transcends all other compact camera brands. Within the F200EXR are also some great Film simulation modes - of Fuji film, naturally - including Provia, Astia & Velvia.
